I have been associated with Weissberg and Associates, Ltd, since 2006 and was made a partner in 2019. I concentrate my practice on complex business and real estate litigation matters. I counsel and advocate for clients through all phases of business formation through litigation of businesses. My practice includes the preparing and negotiating all business and real estate-related contracts. I also handle all phases of litigation, including, pre-litigation, discovery, settlement negotiation, trial, mediation or arbitration, post-judgment proceedings and appeals. I have successfully argued in front of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Illinois Liquor Commission in Springfield, Illinois.
